Welcome, Mentor
Thank you for joining PharmMind as a mentor. Your expertise helps pharmacy learners build confidence, strengthen clinical reasoning, and develop decision-making skills through interactive, discussion-based learning.
- Your application must be approved by the PharmMind team
- Your profile should be complete — including your bio, credentials, and session rate
- You must connect your bank account to receive payouts
- You must set your availability so learners can see open slots to book
- You must list yourself as available for booking — this is can be done from your profile
- Once all of these steps are done, your profile will be visible and bookable
Applications are reviewed manually. During the Phase 1 pilot, approval typically takes a few business days. You will receive an email once your application has been reviewed. If you have not heard back within a week, reach out to support@pharmmind.com.
You can structure sessions in a way that fits your experience and teaching style. Examples include:
- Case Discussions – Hypothetical or fully de-identified clinical scenarios
- Topic Deep-Dives – Focused discussion on a specific clinical topic or area of practice
- Q&A / Career Guidance – Support with training, practice questions, or professional development
Important: All sessions must use hypothetical or fully de-identified information only. No patient-identifiable information (PHI) may be shared.
- Sessions are learner-driven—learners are expected to come prepared with questions, topics, or scenarios
- Your role is to facilitate discussion, guide thinking, and help learners strengthen clinical reasoning
- You are not expected to prepare or deliver formal lectures
- You may teach or provide structured input when helpful, but the focus remains on interactive discussion and reflection
- You control your availability completely and can update it at any time
- Keeping your schedule updated helps learners find and book sessions easily
- As this is an early-stage platform, engagement will grow as more learners join
- Client cancels 3+ days before session — full payout refunded
- Client cancels 24 hours – 3 days before session — 50% payout
- Client cancels less than 24 hours before session — full payout retained
- You cancel for any reason — no payout
- Mentors can cancel bookings directly from their dashboard
- Transfers are processed after a session is completed and the 7 day holding period has passed.
- Payouts are then sent to your bank automatically within 1 business day from transfer. After being sent, additional wait time may occur depending on your bank's payment processing times.
- In most cases, you can expect to receive payouts within 8-14 days after a session is completed.
- If there are any issues with the payout, you will be notified automatically by email.
- Payout failures are usually caused by incorrect or outdated bank details
- Reconnect your banking details to update your account - this can be done through your mentor profile
- Once corrected, failed payouts are typically retried automatically
- If the issue persists, contact us at support@pharmmind.com and we will help resolve it
You set your own session rate. Platform fees are:
- Founding Mentors: 15% lifetime fee (early participation benefit)
- Future Mentors: 20% standard platform fee
Founding Mentors retain their reduced fee as part of early support during the platform's launch phase.
- This is an early pilot phase, so engagement and bookings will grow as more learners join
- Mentors are encouraged to stay active and keep availability updated
- Early engagement helps establish strong learner–mentor connections
As a mentor, your feedback is highly valued. We may reach out periodically for input on:
- Platform experience
- Session flow
- Features and improvements
This is an early-stage pilot, and mentor input will directly shape future development.
