Open PharmMind and choose “I’m a Mentor”
Go to pharmmind.com in your browser. On the home page, click the I'm a Mentor button in the top-right corner to start your application. (There's a second one further down the page as well — either one works.)
Click “I'm a Mentor” in the top-right to start.

Fill in your mentor application
Complete every required field on the form. Take your time with the verification fields — your name and license number need to match your license records exactly.

- Last name — verification only
- Email address
- Display name
- Hourly rate — average $50–$120
- Pharmacy license # — verification only
- Password — at least 8 characters
- Total years of experience

Completed trainings (tick any that apply)
- BPS certified
- Fellowship trained
- Graduate Degree

Press “Submit request”
Once everything is filled in, click the orange Submit request button at the bottom of the form to send your application.

You’ll be asked to confirm your email
After you submit, this screen appears to let you know a confirmation link is on its way to the email address you signed up with.

Confirm your email address
Open your inbox and look for the email from PharmMind titled “Verify your email address.” Click the orange Confirm email address button to activate your mentor account. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder.

Sign in to the platform
After you confirm, PharmMind takes you to the sign-in page. Enter the email address and password you signed up with, then click Sign in to open your mentor account.

Final Step
Your application will now be reviewed by the PharmMind team. If accepted, you’ll be able to set up your mentor account, complete your profile, and begin scheduling mentoring sessions.
